About the Program

Like the traditional Family Physician our Primary Care Service provides comprehensive, coordinated, continuous, and compassionate medical care to our patients assigned to our primary care teams.  Our primary care teams include physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, clerical staff, pharmacists, social workers, and dieticians, all working together to attend to our patient's health care needs with an emphasis on preventive health care services.

Primary Care clinicians advise patients on preventive healthcare measures, care for the majority of their medical problems, and refer to specialty services when clinically indicated.
